The Quickest Way to Manifest Your dreams and Desires

I’ve been a cognitive scientist for 24 years and can tell you that the ‘why’ questions of life can always be traced back to the ‘how’ questions of the mind. Research shows that your nervous system is the critical key to unlocking the power of your subconscious to become a successful and mighty manifestor.


Why?


Because when your fight, flight, freeze, and fawn response (aka the sympathatic nervous system) is turned on, it highjacks the attention center of your brain making it impossible to focus the (executive) cognitive systems required for planful action. Instead, the body and mind need your sympathetic nervous system turned off and your parasympathetic nervous system turned on (aka your "rest and digest" response).
